How to Enable or Disable the Aggregate Sheet in the Energy and Demand Report

Goals and Symptoms

The first worksheet of the Energy and Demand Report, called Aggregate Energy & Demand, contains the overall energy and demand information. If there are multiple queries, this worksheet will contain the totals from the other queries. You have the option of either enabling or disabling the generation of this sheet.

How to Enable or Disable the Aggregate Sheet in the Energy and Demand Report

  • 1. Open the Energy and Demand Report template in Microsoft Excel.
    2. Select Format > Sheet > Unhide. Select the |Private|Template sheet and click OK.
    3. Find the row labeled Aggregate Sheet:
      • · Setting the Aggregate Sheet to 0 will disable the sheet.

        · Setting the Aggregate Sheet to 1 will enable the sheet.

    4. Select Format > Sheet > Hide to hide the |Private|Template sheet.
    5. Click Save.

Now when you generate the report, the aggregate sheet with either be enabled or disabled.
