Web Application / WebReach Error - HTTP Error 403.1 - Forbidden: Execute access is denied
For ION Enterprise: When trying to open WebReach, the user may get the error page shown below in the screen capture.
Error reads:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with a program on the page you are trying to reach, and the page cannot be displayed.

Cause
The ION virtual directory does not have permission to execute the necessary scripts for proper operation.
Resolution
For ION Enterprise:
In IIS, go to the properties of the site, and make sure the "Execute Permissions" is set to "Scripts and Executables" and not "None".
For Power Monitoring Expert:
In IIS, navigate to Default Web Site > ION and open the Handler Mappings. Right-click and select Edit Feature Permissions. Check "Execute".
