How do I configure the Vijeo Designer Runtime on an iPC to use the Windows windows controls

For an iPC target, there is a "Windows Control" group of properties at the target level in Vijeo-Designer.
-Disable Key Control:
When set to "Disabled", the "key control" is available. This means that special combinations of keys from Windows are available (e.g. Alt+Tab to switch between applications, Alt+F4 to close an application, access to the Windows key).
When set to "Enabled", the "key control" is unavailable. This means that there is no way to switch from Vijeo-Designer Runtime to another Windows application.
