At the front panel of the meter do the following steps:
- Press "ESC" and "OK" keys simultaneously to get to "Config" mode.
- Enter the Password and press "OK."
- Click the key to scroll downward in the choices in the menu items in the left hand pane until you reach "LangDL."
- Under "LangDL", select "Enable Download."
- After the previous step, the meter is in LangDL mode. The LED at the top right corner of the front panel will continue to glow yellow while the meter is in this state.
- Now, the meter will accept the Language Pack download from DLF-3000 software. It will indicate "Passed" instead of "Firmware/Hardware Incompatibility" to allow the download of the language pack to the meter.
