How to program the RFID enabled EV Charging stations.

Resolution:
Programming any of the RFID enabled EVlink charging stations requires the EVRFIDHP (handheld programmer) and EVRFIDKF10 (RFID cards - pack of 10 - now obsolete). Also, the EVRFIDHP(handheld programmer) is Obsolete, but can be obtained from Keri Systems their part number is HPP-22)
