RJ or RL PowerPacT breaker with new trip unit installed does not pass primary injection test for ground fault

Issue:
RJ or RL Powerpact breaker is not passing primary injection testing for ground fault.  New trip unit was recently installed.

Product Line:
Powerpact RJ or RL

Resolution:
Do NOT install new trip units in Compact NS1600b–3200 H interrupting rating or PowerPacT RJ/RL circuit breakers with a date code of 09011 or earlier. See A, Figure 1 of attached Micrologic special instruction bulletin 48049-160-01 for location of date code on breaker.

To resolve this issue, reinstall the older trip unit or replace the breaker.
