What can cause a rough or an unsmooth acceleration ramp on a ATS48 soft start?

Issue:
The acceleration ramp is not smooth on the ATS48 soft start

Product Line:
Altistart 48

Environment:
All models and serial numbers

Cause:
The soft start is in torque control

Resolution:
Suggest to turn the torque control parameter to off.  Go to the DrC menu, scroll down to the CLP parameter and set to  off.
