Issue:
Are the XB4 and XB5 lines being replaced?

Cause:
Clarify the purpose of the XB7 line, when XB4/XB5 already exist.

Resolution:
No.  The XB7 is a monolithic line of operators.  They have no replacement parts and are more economical than the other lines of operators.
