Where can I find the FO (Factory Order) number for an E-Flex drive?

Issue:
FO (Factory Order) number for an E-Flex drive.

Product Line:
Enclosed Altivar 61, Enclosed ATV61, E-Flex, Eflex

Environment:
All models

Cause:
To determine warranty status or check the Bill of Materials for spare parts.

Resolution:
On the back of the E-Flex enclosure door is the nameplate.  At the bottom of the nameplate, you will see "Made in USA" or "Made in Mexico".  The second box is a two-digit plant code.  The third box is an 11-digit number which is our Factory Order number.
