When attaching a PA, PH, PC, PX, or PE breaker to bus bars, what torque is required for the carriage bolts?

Resolution:
There are 24 carriage bolts used to attach the above breakers to bus bars (4 bolts per pole, line and load).
The proper torque is 240 lb-in (27 N-m).
