Why is the S-Flex 212 drive not starting when you close the remote start on terminals 5-6?

Issue:
S-Flex 212 drive is not starting when you close the remote start on terminals 5-6.

Product Line:
S-Flex212, 21 ATV21, ATV212

Environment:
Updated S-flex enclosed units made after 2012 only

Cause:
Drive is not following the remote start command.

Resolution:
1 =Make sure the drive is in remote mode.  Check to see if the LOC amber LED is off on the face of the drive by pushing the loc/rem button.
2 = Make sure your AFC/ bypass switch is in the AFC mode and terminals 5-6 have a dry contact completing the circuit.  LL Lower limit needs to be above 0 hz if you there is no analog input or other speed reference on VIA or VIB.
3-= Check to see if there is an communications card installed for monitor only.  If there is a communications card active make sure you set CNOD to 0 terminal control FNOD to 1 VIA or 2 VIB and F108 to 48 which means force to local is always active.
4= Check for loose wiring
5= Check to see if an end of damper circuit may be wired into the start command.
6= Check the S-flex control circuit wiring diagrams in the back of the S-flex install manual 30072-451-83B.
