Cause
No register list for the IEC61850 protocol comes with the device.
Resolution
The IEC61850 register listing is defined in the IEC61850 standard. It is a proprietary register list of IEC. Therefore we cannot distribute the register listing for the IEC61850. To obtain the register listing the IEC61850 article would need to be purchased from IEC. The IEC61850 article lists the register mapping.
