Will the REV_XFER EFB continue to operate when the Standby PLC goes to an offline condition?
The REV_XFER EFB will not continue to operate when the Standby PLC goes to an offline condition.
The REV_XFER block is traditionally used in the first executable section of logic. Although the Hot Standby configuration
allows the user to select "Solve First Section" in an offline condition, the REV_XFER will not update the Primary if the
Standby is offline.
In order for REV_XFER to work correctly a valid Standby must exist.
