Resolution:
No. Schneider Electric does not offer a floor mounting bracket. The Epoxy Encapsulated transformers require a minimum of 12" clearance from all directions for cooling. This includes the bottom.

NOTE: Epoxy encapsulated transformers are to be mounted on vertical surfaces ONLY.
