Will GFI, CAFI, and DF breakers function if the panel is a subpanel, instead of a main panel?

If the panel and breakers are wired correctly, it would not make any difference if the panel was a subpanel or a main panel. All electronic breakers (GFI, CAFI, DF, EPD, etc.) will work properly in both applications.
