What can cause the ATV21 or ATV212 not to ramp up to full speed 60hz?

Issue:
The ATV21 or ATV212, will not ramp up to full speed of 60hz.

Product Line:
Altivar ATV21, ATV212 and S-Flex

Environment:
All

Cause:
Customers are giving the drive a 10vdc speed reference but its not ramping up to full speed.

Resolution:
Make sure type parameter TYP is set to 2 which will preset all of your frequency settings to 60hz.
Check the upper limit UL setting in the programming to see if it is set to 60hz.
Check your logic inputs R or RES F112 and F113 to see if they are set to 6 or preset speed.
Check your analog input scaling VIA= F201 thru F204  or VIB F210 thru F213.
Check the display make sure the drive is not flashing a C for current limit.  If the drive is in current limit, it will back the speed of the motor down to see the current will follow.
Check the analog input signal to make sure that you have good voltage or current from the analog input to CC.
