Resolution:
The mounting screw torque for all mechanical lug kits to the Powerpact L frame breaker is 327 lb-in (37 N-m). This includes lug kits:
AL400L61K3
AL400L61K4
AL600LS52K3
AL600LS52K4
AL600LF52K3
CU400L61K3
CU400L61K4
CU600LS52K3
CU600LS52K4
CU600LF52K3
Note that this is different from the wire binding screw torque.
Wire binding screw torque is 442 lb-in (50 N•m) for all lug kits except for CU400L61K3 and CU400L61K4, which take 275 lb-in (31 N•m).
Note also that the torque requirements are the same if these lugs are applied to Compact NSJ and Powerpact D frame breakers.
