Cause:
Form E appears in the 8536 type S part number and clarification needed

Resolution:
The new form E adds an adaptor so that an IEC style bimetal overload relay can be used with a NEMA style type S starter.
This is only available for size 00, size 0, and size 1 starters.

Replacement/Stand Alone Adaptor Bracket Only  (direct repl for any Size 00,0,1 open or enclosed Type S starter using a NEMA melting alloy, bimetallic or SSOLR relay):
2 Pole (for single phase applications) = 9065SADR751
3 Pole (for three phase applications) = 9065SADR75
