Resolution:
1) Light Duty, General Duty, Heavy Duty and Double throw safety switches have the standard Seismic Ratings and Seismic Certificates can be obtained(SEE FA231198) for Information.

2) To obtain the OSHPD label kit, order part number S1B54772

EXCEPTIONS:
1) ALL the 400amp and 600amp Double Throw Safety Switches have not been qualified for seismic applications and are NOT covered.
2) ONLY Stainless Steel Safety Switches up to 60Amp MAX. are covered, ALL other Stainless Steel Switches are NOT covered.
3) The NEMA Type 7/9 enclosures have not been qualified for seismic applications.
