Cause
Sentinel Protection Server is the license manager of your networked applications. It maintains the licensing information of the keys attached or installed on the system.  It is installed on the networked systems where the key is attached or installed—allowing concurrent access to an application, using a single key.

It also runs an HTTP thread to allow key and license monitoring over the LAN/WAN. See the topic Sentinel License Monitor for details.

Resolution
To find if there are any keys attached to the server, type http://<server_IP_address>:6002 in a browser (replace server_IP_address with the actual server address).  The following screen shot shows the expected result:
