What can cause an EPHI fault on the ATV21 and ATV212 drives?

Issue:
EPHI fault on the ATV21 and ATV212 drives.

Product Line:
Altivar ATV21, ATV212 and S-Flex

Environment:
All

Cause:
Input fuse is blown or missing voltage on the input of the drive.

Resolution:
EPHI is an Input phase loss,   Check all the input connections to the drive. With power removed, perfom static checks on the input rectifiers. Apply power and check with a digital meter  to see if you have good voltage on your input leads of the drive, at L1,  L2  and  L3.
