Cause:
Assembly/wiring

Resolution:
Th electrical interlock is used on the circuit breaker or disconnect switch operating mechanism to disconnect separately supplied control circuit power when the main disconnect means is turned to the OFF position. When separate control is selected, Form S, the Form Y74 is also added.  On fused disconnects a SPDT interlock is a 9999TC11 and a 2PDT is a 9999TC21.   See attached Digest page Table 16.314 for listing of other electrical interlocks.
