Can fixed breaker lock HJPA be used on a 2 pole HD or HG breaker?

Need breaker lock-off for a 2-pole HD or HG frame breaker.

Resolution:
HJPA can be used to lock 2 pole HD and HG breakers OFF or ON.
For a fixed lock OFF only, use part number H2PHLA.
For removable lock OFF only, use S29370.
