Issue:
Adding a 3P 70A breaker into a CDP panelboard

Product Line:
Federal Pioneer CDP panelboard
PowerPact H breakers

Environment:
Applies to FPE CDP interiors, PowerPact H-frame breakers

Cause:
Customer already has CE3050E4 installed and wants to add 3P 70A breaker

Resolution:
CDP panelboards can accept new PowerPact H-frame breakers under the below conditions:
1- Flat or Extruded bus
2- Can not mount old CE breaker back to back with new Powerpact H-frame breaker

A HDCMH mounting kit will be required which can mount 2 H-frame breakers
Suggested breaker is H*L36070.  *Will need to select the breaker that meets the required AIC rating.
