Run-time error '383': "Text" property is read-only error in reporter
Issue
In reporter attempting to change the date range under manage reports results in the below error:

Cause
The format for the values in the STIME (start time) and ETIME (end time) columns in the [PRIVATE] Datasheets tab is not configured as per the reporter's requirement.
Resolution
i) Navigate to the folder where the report is being stored on the computer. The default path is C:\Program files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\Config\Reports.
ii) Double-click the report file with the issue, to open with Microsoft Excel.
iii) Click on the workbook "[PRIVATE]Datasheets"
iv) Change the format for the column labeled "STIME" and "ETIME" from 00.00.00 to 00:00:00 i.e instead of using a . change it to a :
