All General Duty, Heavy Duty or Double Throw Safety Switches maximum current nameplate rating would depend if the switch is Fusible or Non-Fusible.

1) Per the UL98 Standard testing, listing and marking of the switches, the Fusible switches are rated to carry up to 80% max. of the switch nameplate ampere rating, of the fuses installed in the switch

2) Per the UL98 Standard testing, listing and marking of the switches, the Non-fusible(unfused) switches are rated to carry up to 100% max. of the switch nameplate ampere rating
