Will the ATS22 Display Power Up with Only Control Voltage Applied?

Resolution:

Yes. The ATS22 display should power up when the proper control voltage is applied, even if line power is not present.

If the display does not illuminate, perform the following checks:

  1. Disconnect any remote HMI that may be connected to the soft starter.
  2. Measure the control voltage at terminals CL1 and CL2.
  3. Verify that the measured voltage matches the requirements for your ATS22 model:
    • ATS22...S6 and ATS22...Q models: approximately 230 VAC
    • ATS22...S6U models: approximately 110 VAC
