Why does the speed increase so slow when using the ATV312 jog dial in local control?

Issue:
Speed increasing slow when using the ATV312 jog dial in local control.

Resolution:
Turning the jog dial slowly causes a minute change in the speed increments. If the jog dial is continued to be turned quickly, the speed increment increases.
