Resolution:
Here are the catalog numbers for the L-frame terminal shields. Each kit contains 1 terminal shield.

For 3 pole breakers:
The short terminal shield is LTSS3P.
The medium terminal shield is LTSM3P.
The long terminal shield is LTSL3P.

For 4 pole breakers:
The medium terminal shield is LTSM4P.
The long terminal shield is LTSL4P.
