Issue:
ATV312 drive is missing or has no +24vdc power supply.
Product Line:
Altivar ATV312
Resolution:
- Measure DC voltage between control terminals +24 and COM. Typical value is >20Vdc.
- Verify that the meter is set to DC voltage, not AC voltage when checking the power supplies.
- Verify that main power is supplied to the VFD on power terminals L1 L2 L3.
- Is the Main display on?
- Measure DC voltage between control terminals +10 and COM.
- Try removing all control wires so that only main power is applied, then check the +24-COM to see if voltage recovers.
- If the drives +24vdc supply is missing then you will need to repair or replace this drive. Keep in mind the ATV312 drives are under 20HP and parts may not be available so in most cases the drive will have to be replaced.
