Where are the weep or drain holes in a NEMA 3r I-Line panel?

Moisture drainage
Resolution:
In the bottom endwall there are 2 holes with screws in them. For NEMA 3R remove the screws to allow for drainage. For a NEMA 5 or 12 dust proof rating leave the screws in.
