Issue:
SPM/PME has been installed while the computer was in a workgroup. Computer now needs to be added to a domain or the domain needs to be changed.

Cause:
The computer name is referenced within the SPM/PME software databases and configuration files, there is a concern whether adding/editing the domain can potentially impact the software.

Resolution:
Simply adding/editing the server to the domain will not affect the software, as long as we are only adding/editing an additional name resolution record, not changing the existing one. For example as long as server1 and server1.company.corp.us will both resolve to the server there should be no issues.
