What can cause an PTFL fault on the ATV61 and ATV71 drives?

Issue:
PTFL fault on the ATV61 and ATV71 drives.

Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

Cause:
Drive is faulting on power up.

Resolution:
This is a PTC error fault.   Check to see if the PTC switch is turned ON if so check to see if the PTC input is open or shorted.
