They want to get the drive to fall back to a fixed speed if the 4 to 20mA signal is loss.

Resolution:
Press MODE and hold the arrow down to F----- and press enter
F633= Loss of VA set to any value above 0%
s
F644= 4-20mA loss behavior
F649=Fallback speed set point in hz.
