How to migrate an installed library to other pc/unity?

Because some current version of library are not support to install in windows8.1 environment, so customer need a workaround to migrate the library from other pc's Unity to the Unity in a windows8.1 pc.
Please refer to the following steps:
1/ install the library by installation package in a PC with Unity pro software;
2/ open Unity pro ->tool->type library manager, find the installed library;
3/ right click the installed library -> create installable family -> to export the installed library as a installable family in a folder;
4/ copy the exported family files to another pc;
5/ using Unity tool "type library update" to install the library family in Unity.
