Can EV charging device features be upgraded after installation in the field?

Resolution:
EV Charging stations are not upgradeable with other options once purchased. For pedestal mounted units, the base unit and feeder requirements are identical, so a single station can be replaced with any dual station as long as another feeder circuit is installed.
