Resolution:
I/O menu page 53: The Application underload time delay ( ULt) is the time delay before the underload fault occurs. It is adjustable from 0 to 100 secs.
The Application Underload threshold is set to a certain percentage of the FLA of the motor ( from 20 to 100 of the FLA) that you want the drive to fault.
