Why does the Conext SW Inverter/Charger with AC coupled SMA, causes the grid tie inverter to disconnect?

Conext SW Inverter/Charger is shutting off grid tie inverter in OFF Grid Mode

Isssue:  The Conext SW Inverter/Charger is shutting off grid tie inverter when not connected to utility
Solution:Make sure the unit has the latest firmware v3.0, AC coupling is enabled under Advanced Features and also make sure that the search mode is disabled.
