Why would I see Output Phase Loss on my E-flex system that is equipped with Bypass (Power circuit Y)?

Issue:
Possible cause of an Output Phase Loss on an E-flex system that is equipped with Bypass (Power circuit Y)

Product Line:
8839EFD* E-flex systems.

Environment:
Units equipped with power circuit Y (Full voltage bypass)

Cause:
Customer is seeing random Output Phase Loss faults with no apparent cause.

Resolution:
Output Phase Loss faults should not be indicated on an E-flex system with Full Voltage Bypass.   Under menu 1.8, Fault management menu, Output Phase Loss should be disabled on E-flex systems, with the bypass contactor.  This should be disabled from the factory to prevent a known condition where Output Phase Fault can be improperly triggered in E-flex systems equipped with full voltage bypass contactors.  Phase loss protection for the motor is provided by other components within the E-flex system in this particular configuration.
