What is correct voltage to configure for the Sag/Swell module on ION meters?

Issue
Configuring the Nominal Voltage for Sag/Swell events on an ION meter depending on system type.

Product Line
ION73xx, ION75xx, ION76xx, ION86xx, PM8000

Resolution
The Power Quality (PQ) framework on the meter is the same regardless of whether the meter is configured for a 4 wire or 3 wire system.
The data inputs used for PQ analysis by the Sag/Swell modules are sourced in the High Speed Power module but this module automatically switches between measurements based on Line to Neutral or Line to Line based on the Volts Mode setting of the meter.
The data inputs used for PQ analysis by the Transient modules are sourced in the Data Acquisition module which automatically pulls the appropriate voltage (i.e. Line to Neutral or Line to Line).

For meters that are configured with a Volts Mode for Wye systems, the sag & swell as well as transient detection functionality is based on the nominal Line to Neutral voltage reference.
For meters that are configured with a Volts Mode for Delta systems, the sag & swell as well as transient detection functionality s based on the nominal Line to Line voltage reference.

Nominal refers to the primary power system voltage (line-to-line voltage for Delta systems and line-to-neutral voltage for Wye systems).

This is explained in the the ION Reference manual. Refer to the Sag/Swell and Transient Modules.
