Issue
When upgrading SPM 7.0.1 to PME 7.2.2 or PME 8.0...the installer fails on step "Verify Databases" with the message "The ION_Network table was not upgraded" or "An error has occurred during the ION_Network database deployment"
When opening the ION_Network.log ( located in the <install directory>\diagnostic folder), at the bottom of the file the error message reads:
"You do not have permission to use the bulk load statement"

Cause
The "ION" sql account does not have "sysadmin" privileges
Resolution
To provide sysadmin privileges to the "ION" Sql account, follow the below steps:
1. Open SQL Server Management Studio and log in to the instance of SQL being used by PME 7.2.x or PME 8.0, using the appropriate administrator credentials.
2. Expand the instance of SQL being used and the folder "security" followed by the folder "Logins"
3. Right click on the user "ION" and select "properties"
4. Click on the tab "server roles" and select the checkbox for "sysadmin"
5. Click "ok" on the login properties window and rerun the installer.
