Issue:
Can a Switchboard with 6 circuit disconnect, and Service entrance rating,  have another additional disconnect for a TVSS unit?

Resolution:
The code changed a few years back and does now allow an extra SWBD disconnect for use of an extra device, not distribution. In a 6-disconnect Service entrance application, it is now acceptable to have this disconnect, even after you already have 6 mains - it does not count as one of 6 mains."
