Resolution

1. Disconnect all Ethernet devices and sites from Management Console
2. Turn Off ION Network Router Service
3. Change your server IP address
4. Restart ION Network Router Service and other ION Services stopped on step 2.
5. Connect all your Ethernet devices and sites from Management Console
