Resolution:
Check the system before ordering. Not all of these listed parts are loaded on the system.
The handle assemblies are as follows.

For the XD4 units:
ZD4PA12 2 direction, stay put
ZD4PA22 2 direction, spring return to zero position
ZD4PA14 4 direction, stay put
ZD4PA24 4 direction, spring return to zero position.

For the XD5 units:
ZD5PA12 2 direction, stay put
ZD5PA22 2 direction, spring return to zero position
ZD5PA14 4 direction, stay put
ZD5PA24 4 direction, spring return to zero position.

The contact block/body assemblies are as follows.

For the XD4 units:
ZD4PA103 for 2 direction controllers
ZD4PA203 for 4 direction controllers.

For the XD5 units:
ZD5PA103 for 2 direction controllers
ZD5PA203 for 4 direction controllers.
