The construction of the I-Line circuit breaker provides a "bolted connection" to the bus bar stack by means of "blow-on" type lineside connectors.
The parallel connectors clamp around the bars and in the event of a short circuit, the increased magnetic flux causes a tighter grasp.
In addition, breakers have a bolt that is on the load end that screws down to the back panel to further hold the breaker in place.
