Ratchet type mounting provide a kind of bolted fastening to mounting panel, this fastening ensures to the bus bar stack by means of  "blow-on" type lineside connectors. The parallel connectors clamp around the bars and in the event of a short circuit, the increased magnetic flux causes a tighter grasp
