How to resolve the "ETY410" issue during CRA312/CRP312 firmware upgrading.

Summary:
Many engineers  are likely to come across the "ETY410" issue during  CRA312/CRP312 firmware upgrading. Namely, they could not continue the upgrading procedure due to the hardware id mismatch
by showing "ETY410"

Solution:
Actually, there are two issues mixed:
1. 140CRA31200, we have to use unity loader instead of OS loader to carry out the firmware upgrade. By OS loader , since /FLASH0/fw/fw.ini is not available, it display
the default info ETY410

2. 140CRP31200, it is ok to carry out the firmware upgrading by the OS loader. However, the firewall/anti-virus software might impede the proper message enquiry via
OS loader to module, there is chance that the identification failed & default name ETY410 was shown. Shut down the firewall/anti-virus & try again would solve the problem.
