How to add a 170ADO83030 Momentum I/O Base to the Unity Catalog

Issue
This Resolution explains how to add a Momentum I/O base to the pick list in Unity Pro Software versions 8.0 and higher.

Some older Momentum I/O bases were not supported in Unity.  Support for these modules can be added by using the Unity Hardware Catalog Manager along with the module CPX file, which will be imported into Unity and added to the pick list.
