The two steps required are:
1. Set/write PLC_W.q_wPLCControl := PLC_W_RESET_COLD
2. Write PLC_W.uiOpenPLCControl := 6699
For example, the Structured Text (ST) code would look like this:
IF PLCColdReset=TRUE
THEN
PLC_W.q_wPLCControl:=4;
PLC_W.q_uiOpenPLCControl:=6699;
END_IF
