All I-Line breakers bolt down to the back panel/interior. In addition there is a magnetic attraction of the breaker jaws to the bus bars. The two features serve as bonafide retaining means . Incidentally there used to be I-Line breakers that also bolted onto the bus, but these are no longer offered ( or are really necessary).
