Issue
Attempting to access the PME 7.2.2 Web application in a browser yields the following error:

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error
Handler "PageHandlerFactory-Integrated" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list

Cause
.NET was not registered with IIS during the upgrade or re-install.

Resolution
Run the following command in the Windows command line or powershell as administrator to re-install .NET.
%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i
